Nova Store is committed to transparent data collection and giving users control over their data. This page describes our practices and your options.

## What We Collect

### Data Minimization

We collect only data necessary for marketplace functionality. We do not sell user data to third parties for advertising or marketing.

## User Controls

You can control your data in the following ways:

### Settings and Preferences

* **Data collection opt-out** — You can disable non-essential data collection (e.g., crash reports, analytics) in Settings
* **Account deletion** — You may request deletion of your account and associated data
* **Data export** — You may request a copy of your data

### How to Exercise Your Rights

* In-app: **Settings → Privacy** to adjust preferences
* Email: [privacy@novastore.app](mailto:privacy@novastore.app) for deletion, export, or other requests

We will respond to requests within the timeframe required by applicable law (e.g., 30 days under GDPR).

## Third-Party Apps

Apps distributed through Nova Store may collect their own data. Each developer is responsible for their app’s privacy practices. Review each app’s privacy policy before installing.

## Legal Basis (EU/EEA)

Where required by law:

* **Contract** — Data necessary to provide the marketplace
* **Legitimate interest** — Security, fraud prevention, analytics
* **Consent** — Optional data collection where we ask for your consent
