Intellectual Property (IP) Disputes
Nova Store provides a mechanism for developers, users, Apple, and other parties to notify us of IP disputes. We act expeditiously to remove infringing content and address repeat infringers.Nova Store is not affiliated with Nova Wallet or Nova Shield.
How to Report an IP Dispute
Notice Channel
Submit a notice to:- Email: ip@novastore.app

Required Information
To process your notice, include:- Your identity — Name, contact information, and relationship to the rights holder
- Description of the IP — What work or mark is infringed (e.g., trademark registration, copyrighted work)
- Description of the infringement — Which app(s) or content infringe, and how
- Good faith statement — That the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder
- Signature — Physical or electronic signature
Our Response Process
- Acknowledgement — We acknowledge receipt of the notice (typically within 48 hours).
- Review — We review the notice and the referenced app/content.
- Action — If we determine the content infringes, we remove or disable access expeditiously.
- Developer notice — We notify the developer and may provide an opportunity to submit a counter-notice where appropriate under applicable law (e.g., DMCA).
- Follow-up — We may contact you for additional information if needed.
Expedicious Removal
Upon becoming aware that content infringes the intellectual property of Apple or others, we remove or disable access promptly. We do not require a court order to act when infringement is clear.Repeat Infringer Policy
Developers who frequently provide infringing content are subject to:- Prior warning — We issue a warning after the first substantiated infringement.
- Removal of infringing content — Each infringing app is removed.
- Developer removal — If a developer repeatedly provides infringing content after a warning, we remove them from distributing apps on Nova Store.
Counter-Notice (DMCA and Similar)
Where applicable (e.g., copyright under DMCA), developers may submit a counter-notice asserting that content was removed in error. We will process counter-notices in accordance with applicable law. The original complainant may pursue legal action; we may restore content if required by law.Contact
